Terms of Service
The terms for using AppemUp.
These terms form an agreement between you and Equilibelle App Solutions, the operator of AppemUp. They govern AppemUp accounts, screenshot tools, paid services, and related websites. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Trust & Safety policy.
Operator and service
AppemUp is a product of Equilibelle App Solutions. In these terms, “AppemUp” means the product and related services, while “Equilibelle App Solutions,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the organization operating and providing them.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required where you live. If you use AppemUp for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. Tester accounts must provide accurate eligibility and device information.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not share accounts, bypass role restrictions, or attempt to obtain another user’s private workspace, build, feedback, or evidence. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Developer responsibilities
Developers must have the rights needed to submit apps, builds, screenshots, copy, links, and instructions. Campaigns must describe the requested work accurately and may not request credentials, payment, unrelated personal data, invasive permissions, or activity outside the stated test. Developers remain responsible for their apps, store submissions, legal compliance, and release decisions.
Tester responsibilities
Testers must follow campaign instructions honestly, keep private builds and instructions confidential, and submit original feedback based on work actually performed. Testers must stop and report campaigns that request credentials, payment, device-management enrollment, harmful activity, or access unrelated to the test.
Content and licenses
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Equilibelle App Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve AppemUp. You confirm that your content and instructions do not infringe another party’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use AppemUp for malware, phishing, credential theft, harassment, impersonation, spam, unlawful surveillance, copied feedback, review manipulation, unauthorized security testing, service disruption, or attempts to bypass access controls. We may remove content, restrict campaigns, or suspend accounts to protect users and the service.
Payments and renewals
Prices, billing interval, currency, and included features are shown before Stripe Checkout. One-time campaign charges are due when purchased. Subscription plans renew at the displayed interval until canceled. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed service periods and work already delivered are non-refundable. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by AppemUp.
Third-party services
AppemUp may connect to Supabase, Stripe, Resend, app stores, source-control providers, deployment providers, monitoring services, and other services you choose. Their terms and availability also apply. Equilibelle App Solutions is not responsible for third-party outages, store decisions, or changes to third-party APIs and policies.
Service availability and beta features
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that a launch will be approved by an app store. Features identified as beta, preview, planned, or coming soon may change or be withdrawn. The status page identifies whether operational status is automated or manually maintained.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the privacy contact. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or risks to users or the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppemUp is provided without implied warranties and Equilibelle App Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Equilibelle App Solutions’ aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service, law, or risk model changes. Material changes will be announced through the service or account email before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. Questions and legal notices may be sent through the contact page.
