Who operates AppemUp

AppemUp is a product of Equilibelle App Solutions. In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Equilibelle App Solutions, and “AppemUp” means the product and related services we provide.

What we collect

AppemUp stores account information, screenshot projects, uploaded assets, themes, localized copy, export history, and subscription references to provide Screenshot Studio. Support requests, replies, and staff notes are stored to resolve customer issues. Authorized staff access requires verification; administrative changes are recorded in an audit log. Additional launch-workspace records are processed when you use those features.

• Account email, name, role, legal-policy acceptance, and authentication timestamps
• Developer workspace, platform, campaign, document, integration, and screenshot-project data
• Tester country, languages, interests, device model and OS version
• Assignments, feedback answers, optional evidence and feedback ratings
• Checkout, customer, subscription, and payment-status references from Stripe—not card numbers
• Abuse reports, moderation state, rate-limit counters, security audit events, and fixed operational error codes without project content

What we never need

AppemUp does not ask testers for identity documents, financial credentials, personal passwords, contacts, precise location, or unrelated device data. Never put secrets or unnecessary personal information in feedback or evidence.

How and why we use data

We process data to provide requested product features, authenticate accounts, fulfill purchases, communicate service events, prevent abuse, protect users, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use private launch content for advertising.

Who can access data

Users access their own projects and other data made available to them through AppemUp. Authorized Equilibelle App Solutions personnel may access support, moderation, billing, and security records where required to operate and protect the service. Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe processes payments; Resend may deliver service email; and providers you deliberately connect process only the requests needed for that integration.

AI assistance

When you request AI captions or translation, the text needed for that request is sent to OpenAI. Translation includes your selected screenshot copy, source and target locales, and optional glossary. Review generated text before use. Translation requests disable provider response storage through the API; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention policies may still apply.

Cookies and analytics

AppemUp uses essential authentication and security cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page views on public pages. Our integration removes URL query strings and fragments and excludes authentication, billing, and private workspace routes from page-view reporting. We also count fixed workflow events such as opening the editor, saving, and downloading an export. These events use a fixed URL and contain no project names, identifiers, uploaded content, or error messages. Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Files, retention, and deletion

Evidence files are private and accessed using short-lived signed URLs. Operational, safety, payment, and audit records are retained only for the periods needed for service delivery, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Until self-service tools are available, verified access, export, correction, and deletion requests are handled through privacy@app-em-up.com.

International processing

Service providers may process data in regions outside your home jurisdiction. Equilibelle App Solutions selects providers and configurations intended to provide appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Safety, fraud-prevention, payment, or legal records may require limited retention. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.
