AppemUp

Privacy

Your launch data stays scoped to the work.

This beta privacy notice explains the product data AppemUp stores and the access boundaries applied to it.

What we collect

AppemUp stores the information required to provide accounts, launch workspaces, testing campaigns, structured feedback, readiness records and safety operations.

  • Account email, name, role and authentication timestamps
  • Developer workspace, platform, campaign and document data
  • Tester country, languages, interests, device model and OS version
  • Assignments, feedback answers, optional evidence and feedback ratings
  • Abuse reports, moderation state, rate-limit counters and security audit events

What we never need

AppemUp does not ask testers for identity documents, financial credentials, personal passwords, contacts, precise location, or unrelated device data. Never put secrets or unnecessary personal information in feedback or evidence.

Who can access data

Developers access their own workspaces and campaign participants. Testers access safe campaign discovery data and their own assignments. Administrators access moderation and security records where required. Infrastructure providers process data only to operate the service.

Files and retention

Evidence files are private and accessed using short-lived signed URLs. Formal retention and self-service deletion automation are beta launch blockers documented in the production readiness report; deletion requests are handled through the contact channel until automation ships.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data. Safety, fraud-prevention or legal records may require limited retention and will be handled case by case.
