AppemUp is a product of Equilibelle App Solutions. Email is our support channel for Screenshot Studio. Do not send passwords, secret keys, payment information, or unnecessary personal data.
Product support
For screenshot editing, uploads, exports, translation, or account questions, email support@app-em-up.com. Include your browser, affected page, and the error message. For payments, include your account email and receipt reference; never send card details.
Billing and cancellation
Use Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal and review plan changes, invoices, or cancellation. If you cannot access the portal, email support@app-em-up.com. See /terms for the existing payment and refund terms.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@app-em-up.com for access, correction, export or deletion requests. Verification may be required before account data is disclosed or changed.
Security vulnerabilities
Use security@app-em-up.com and follow the responsible disclosure page. Do not place exploit details in ordinary support messages.
